Frequently asked questions
What does an Oydia cybersecurity training program include, and which teams is it for?+

We build custom programs across four tracks: SOC and Blue Team training (threat detection, log analysis, alert triage, threat hunting, advanced SIEM and EDR use), security for developers (secure coding in your stack, applied OWASP Top 10, SAST and DAST integration, secrets management), hardening and secure administration (systems, containers, cloud, tailored CIS Benchmarks), and executive programs for directors, risk committees and the board. Content is tailored by sector and team.

How long does a training program take, and what determines the cost?+

It depends on scope: there is no standard duration or price because every program is designed from scratch. Both are shaped by the training tracks you need, your organization's technology stack, the profile and size of the teams being trained, and the delivery format you choose (on-site, remote or hybrid). After an initial conversation we define the program and its specific terms together with you.

How is this different from a generic cybersecurity course?+

It isn't generic: each program starts from your organization's specific challenges, your stack, your teams' profiles and the incidents you actually face, so what's learned can be applied the very next day. Teams learn by doing, through scenarios built on anonymized real-world cases, guided by trainers with operational experience and backed by 25+ years protecting organizations across Latin America, operating from Panamá and Argentina.

How do we get started, and in what format is the training delivered?+

The process begins with a design conversation: you tell us about your team's operational reality, its challenges and its technology stack, and from there we build the program together with your organization. Sessions can be delivered on-site, remotely or in a hybrid format, whichever fits your teams best. To get started, simply reach out through the contact page and request a program design.

Let's design the training program your team needs to respond to its operational reality.
